As an Account Manager, you will manage the performance Team and support it.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Overseeing all accelerator activities within operations, monitoring and analyzing performance, proficiency, and goal achievement.
Responding to stakeholder needs to optimize workforce efficiency and drive growth.
Collaborating closely with the supervisor to ensure seamless operational execution.
Providing clear, constructive, and effective feedback to enhance performance.

Minimum requirements:

Studies: International Business, Business Administration, or realted
Experience: At least 2 year of Experience managing teams and Experience managing clients
Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
Location: Hybrid Medellin
Salary: $4.000.000 + Commission
