As a Freight Broker, you will help us connect shippers with reliable carriers while maximizing efficiency and profitability.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Identify and onboard new clients in need of freight transportation services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and negotiate competitive freight rates.
Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing shipment issues and offering solutions.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, fuel costs, and transportation regulations.
Manage load documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to streamline operations and reporting.

Minimum requirements

Minimum requirements:

Studies: International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in freight brokering, logistics sales, or a related role.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of freight regulations, carrier networks, and supply chain processes.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with TMS, CRM tools, and load boards.
Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Schedule: Must be flexible and willing to be assigned in any shift. Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.
Contract: Independent Contractor
