As a Track and Trace Specialist you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Dispatch and track and trace loads and update their status in the system. Tracking should predominantly be done over the phone, texting and emailing are secondary options.
- Communicate and do follow-ups on carriers and drivers to find out if the carrier is running on time for pick up/delivery.
- Communicate with other supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Make sure all loads are updated with complete and accurate information and documentation, and administrative support.
- Review Transportation Management, Dispatch, Appointment settings and Consolidation.
- Assist in the implementation of operational projects as needed.
- Communicates with customers about service issues as needed.

Minimum requirements:
- Studies: High School Degree is required. Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or any other career related.
- Experience: Experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, logistics, back office or any other related.
- Language: Very good English skills. B2+ preferred.
