Track and Trace Specialists Weekends Night Shift

As a Track and Trace Specialist you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Monitor load withing Seal-McLeod TMS
• Carrier communications with both dispatch and direct with drivers
• Assuring drivers load and continue to use tracking app/software
• Entry of load updates
• Email critical messages to the account team
• Entry of updates to the customer portal, when applicable
• Answer inbound calls from carriers and detailing any communications on active loads and prospective carriers
• POD updates to each load
